Long-term course (Department of Japanese, Advanced Sutdies in Japanese and Business Japanese)
In case of cancellation after submitting application documents to our school
The screening fee will not be refunded regardless of whether the “Certificate of Eligibility” is issued or not.
In case of cancellation before admission and tuition payment after issuing “Certificate of Eligibility” from the Immigration Bureau
The screening fee will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation before enrollment after payment of admission and tuition fee and after issuing “Certificate of Eligibility” from the Immigration Bureau
Regardless of the reason, The screening and entrance fee will not be refunded. Tuition fee will be refunded only when the cancelation made by the end the previous month of the entrance month (April enrollment: by the end of March October enrollment: by the end of September) and the Certificate of Eligibility and admission permit must be returned to the school. *The bank fee for refund will be borne by the applicant.
In case of cancellation before coming to Japan after obtaining a student visa
Regardless of the reason, The screening and entrance fees will not be refunded. Tuition fee will be refunded only when the cancelation made by the end the previous month of the entrance month (April enrollment: by the end of March October enrollment: by the end of September) and that student visa is not in use has been confirmed by the school staff In that case, the tuition fee will be refunded in exchange for the admission permit. * The bank fee for refund will be borne by the applicant.
If the visa issuance is denied by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate
The screening fee will not be refunded. The full admission and tuition fees will be refunded if that visa is denied has been confirmed by the school staff. However, this does not apply if the application documents or contents are false. *The bank fee for refund will be borne by the applicant.
In case of cancellation after class starts
The screening fee, admission fee, and tuition fee will not be refunded.
If you postpone enrollment
Admission fee and tuition fee already paid can only be transferred to the lesson of the applicant himself/herself.
Short-term course (other than study abroad visa)
If you do not make a payment within one week after applying, it will be considered as a cancellation. If you cancel after the transfer and before the course starts, a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged. Tuition fees will not be refunded after the course starts. *The bank fee for refund will be borne by the applicant.
